Visibility: Last November, we focused on exuding a Charming Key West Style Setting. The center was painted with vibrant colors of pink, blue and yellow.
High traffic: about 22,000 a day.
The building's exterior refurbishing, pressure washing, and painting are receiving positive attention from the community and tenants.
45 gorgeous Sunbrella Awnings have been successfully installed on the exterior of the building.
On-going Facebook promotions of the Center and its tenants have reached over 22,000 locals.
Enhancement and expansion of WiFi.
The implementation of exciting and affordable co-working spaces.
The revitalization is gaining positive attention from the community and attracting a myriad of tenants to all three buildings.
